Company upgrades to intuitive domain name.
At Mike Mann's party yesterday I met serial entrepreneur Clarence Wooten, Jr., CEO of CollectiveX. When I first met him, my natural question was "what the heck is CollectiveX". Wooten explained that it was a social platform for groups, which makes perfect sense. But the name didn't...
Epik could provide compelling domain monetization strategy — and may spur more direct navigation.

I was reading this article around TheInternetCompany, selling the domain name ?wealth.com? at a private auction run by Sedo. They want 2.9M and the VP was quoted as saying "we believe that now is the right time to monetize this asset and that an auction, rather than a traditional sale, is the best strategy".

As a domain name investor, I want to buy low and sell high! I guess this is also the reason why I never purchase domain names during "Hype" style auctions when the majority of the domains carry a reserve anyway. This takes the factor of "getting a deal" out of the picture from the start
I may be a little bias to one of the best tag lines I have seen used for a GEO domain name in advertising that I have seen lately (I live in Wisconsin, which borders Michigan). It's so simple, yet so strong and being attached to a great domain name makes it even all that
Popularity can be a good thing, but it also has its downside as well. Celebrities may have screaming fans and may get that special treatment here, there and everywhere, but it is no pleasure when their private lives are laid bare open for all to see in the press.
Well the same thing happens with having
I am lucky to have found a great graphic designer who has helped me with a number of projects over the last year and a half. I initially found Mike after holding a logo design contest at 99Designs (formerly part of Sitepoint). I wrote a creative brief, added a cash award for the winner, and

It is happening to me. I used to think stuff like this was unthinkable. I have a domain name which has to do with Classified service in a particular country. Recently I started getting some unusual traffic from this domain. Nothing spectacular but more than usual. At this same time I received a $5 offer
