It seems like a no-brainer to me, but I have seen at least 10 stories in the mainstream media about this today and no one reported on it on domaining.com, so I'll bite.
TheJayLenoShow.com was ordered transferred to Mr. Leno in a WIPO action today.

Domain sales results from the just concluded 2nd quarter of 2009 are in and they aren't pretty. The total dollar volume of sales reported to us in 2Q-2009 fell 25% from the previous quarter. A big part of the decline came from a pullback at the ultra high end of the market. Median prices were down less than 5%.
Several blogs have obviously covered this story, but even the media is covering the domain-name explosion attributed to Michael Jackson's death. It sucks that this happens, but it's a reality that sheds a negative light on the domain industry. n

At Godaddy.com on a large number of it's expired domain auctions, Godaddy offers what they call a "Valuation" of a specific domain name that is up for auction.
So how does Godaddy come up with this valuation number?
Godaddy states that:
The valuation is based on the approximate traffic revenue expected for the domain.
