Sedo parent company AdLink announced yesterday it has purchased the remaining 24% of Sedo shares from it's original founders.
In a deal worth 4.25 million newly issued shares and ?5.5 million in cash Sedo Managing Director and founder Tim Schumacher also moves to AdLink as a CEO.
As reported by us a month ago, Neustar (the .BIZ registry) and Sedo partnered to auction off 31 one character .BIZ domain names in an auction that ended yesterday.

Ron Sheridan, formerly with Oversee.net, announced today that he has completed the purchase of the domain name RSS.com for $137,500, including commission, from Sedo.com.
The asking price of the domain, RSS.com which I believe was as high as $750K, was dropped to $250K on July 10, 2009 and then to $125K on September 14, 2009.
