We fully understand Bido at its current form does not fit certain types of domains to be listed (higher value domains) and rest assured, these issues will soon be a...

Although the article requires a subscription, you can read a free version, here...
This is not exactly domain-related news, but it's big news for a domain investor who has become one of the dominant online bobblehead retailers since acquiring Bobblehead.com and Bobbleheads.com for $36,000. Congrats to Warren Royal and his growing bobble empire! This goes to show what you can do when you acquire a category killer domain

I thought I'd report my experiences with the SEDO affiliate program. I have been a SEDO affiliate for about 2 years. The great thing, or that's what I thought, about their program is that the referred accounts will always have my affiliate stamp on them, unlike many other programs where you only earn a commission
"FRED" commenting on Jamz article: "Twitter is dead? Maybe to you, but not the 50 million people that use it everyday. Domainers?.always good for a laugh."
Over the last few weeks, I have written several post involving, directly or indirectly, domain parking.
All the comments I received to these posts can be categorized into three camps.
One group basically says; we don't park our domains, parking is dead get over it.
The second group basically says; develop your domains, parking is dead.
The third gr...
Its pretty rare to see a three letter .com drop on any given day, but on Sunday,? it appears there are 3,? three letter .com going to drop.
Even more rare, it looks like each of the three domains are going to be "freely dropped" domains, meaning no one drop service will have an automatic lock
"From the early inception, domain names were treated like third-class citizens in the corporate arenas and also by all the legislative bodies around the globe. After all, these names were very cheap and very easy to get." Flashback around this day 2007: Richard Quilley sends some tips and free advice for freshman and sophmore domainers."Frank,At th...
"When you park a name – especially a really good one – you are essentially consigning it to a slow death." ~~ David Castello Mike Berken's post today about PPC and the Traffic show reminded me of something I wrote a year ago in anticipation of the last New York show called T.R.A.F.F.I.C. NY Features $5 Billion Name. Here's an excerpt:"Imagine you h...

Here is another good comment by Castello found on
this page.
"My brother and I don?t park many names and have trumpeted the advantages
of developing portfolios before anyone else (if there is another major
domainer who has been doing this with the majority of their portfolio before
1995 please let me know).
That being said, I agree ...
