A Federal Appellate Court has ruled against AOL and given Advertise.com the right to continue doing business under their generic domain name. AOL claimed Advertise.com violates their trademark on Advertising.com. AOL's over-reaching claims also scuttled a $1.4 million auction sale of Ad.com.

I've got it. And darn near every domainer I've met has some form of it.

Now, I ain't horribly afflicted by it. But I can easily say that without it, I woulda failed at domaining 3-6 months in.
