I'd like to thank each and every person who participated in this year's Domain Name Wire Survey. 537 people in the domain industry participated this year. If you're one of the five people who will receive a free copy of David Kesmodel's "The
Escrow.com offers service for domain name purchase payment plans.
I caught up with Escrow.com president Brandon Abbey during DOMAINfest last week. When I asked him about current trends in sales, he said the company is seeing more people wishing to do payment plans when they acquire domains.
Escrow.com has a service for these customers. It
Marketplaces find the correct price for paying for content production.
Earlier this week I wrote two stories about Demand Media, a company that has found a way to make money with online content. I noted that the company will have a hard time getting fair press coverage since many journalists probably feel threatened by its

Look, comparing grand totals to those of 2007/2008 is pointless. Yes, it's a buyer's market and nobody can deny that but in my opinion, the three Domain Fest Global auctions (the two live events and the extended auction which ended yesterday and brought in $247,987) represented a breath of fresh air for one simple reason:

Interesting little thread going on at NamePros.com . It appears that Bido.com (which they did confirm in the thread) has blocked IP address from Indonesia and preventing anybody from Indonesia from using it's Bido.com service.
I was aware that you could block an IP address but I didn't know you could do it for a whole
Running $3 Million dollar 30 second ad commercials during the Super Bowl® is not in every bodies ad budget, let alone to run 2. Nor is being the main sponsor on major race cars like Danica Patricks #7 Indy car, #7 Nationwide Series car, Mark Martins #5 2010 NASCAR Sprint Cup ride and all the
I emailed this to Francois yesterday but want to know your thoughts on this idea. I think a way to add value to Domaining.com is to allow people to post comments on articles, similar to a site like Drudge.com. IMO, the more people that come to Domaining.com to actually stay there, the better for generating
