Verizon files four separate UDRP cases in past couple days.
For a while it seemed like Verizon had basically given up on filing UDRP cases. Instead, it opted to just file lawsuits against anyone with trademark typos, even small fry.
That may be changing. The company has filed four separate UDRP cases at World Intellectual

It works like this:

Hi Gang,
I went retro to review some notes I had written last year when a lot of bluster and fluster was being whipped around attacking "minisites". Remarkably, after reading 20 blog articles...

I took my son down to get his hand X-rayed today. You may ask whether he has a broken bone or there is some other problem with his fingers but you'd be completely wrong. When I started domaining I felt like it was me against the world. I really didn't know any other people that did what I did. I read all the stories on dnjournal about all the "Pros" that were making a living buying and selling domains but they were way out of my league.

Mark your calendars for June 10th. That's when the domain name Pizza.net goes up for auction at the T.R.A.F.F.I.C domain conference and expo in Vancouver. That is, if the .net domain doesn't sell sooner to one of the biggest Pizza companies in the world. Though the URL is a .net domain, don't write it off just yet.
