Hello,
Domains that currently use Privacy Protection already will not be charged for it till the next renewal action is made on them. At the time of making a renewal action, you will have the option of disabling renewal for Privacy Protection services alone and renew only the domain, so you do not really require a bulk disable on your domains which currently use this option.
As for domain renewed from WHMCS, the options for API resellers listed here will all be available and relevant:
http://cdn.resellerclub.com/mailers/...ect-guide.html
You will be able to choose whether to renew Privacy Protect and the domain name or only the domain name.
Hope this helps,

And what happend if the renew it's done automatically from the customer using WHMCS? Will you bill me for this? There isn't any method to disable them in bulk from whmcs, I asked for.
Also, please note that I had one open ticket with you for more than 1 week without any final response about this, and now I've get a faster reply here than in the ticket system.Honesting.es honest european provider.

I would like to follow up on this thread... if there is a way to disable bulk privacy protection when domains are renewed?

To be honest, without allowing to mass disable privacy protection, its a trick resellerclub is playing to get some mass money, and shameful, sigh! Low level of business.

I have a domain name with Bigrock (ResellerClub's subdiary) and they do not give the Free Whois Privacy anymore. I regret that I transfered my domain to them. But need to wait 60 days before I can transfer it to another place.

I understand Privacy Protection fees are automatically charged for domains that have it enabled and for renewal. I don't know why but I am seeing Privacy Protection charges on domains that aren't up for renewal at all!
I would like request people here WHT to please check your Resellerclub transaction lists and verify if you are charged the same?

Hello,
Please note that currently when a domain is being renewed, you have the option of enabling or disabling Prvacy Protection and this checkbox is 'unchecked' by default and the price is explicitly mentioned on the modal. This attests to the fact that we have made the pricing and choice of opt-in as obvious as possible. Further, when you attempt a bulk renewal of domains, the Privacy Protection on all the renewed domains through that action is reset to disabled. This way, no reseller or customer will be charged without their explicit choice.
We do understand that the implementation can be improved and we have made note of your suggestions for a bulk privacy protect enable/disable feature. This has been passed on to our development team and you can expect to see it added in a future update.
Hope this helps,
