Have you paid your reseller for the renewal? If he has paid the fee on your behalf and hasn't been reimbursed then it would be only fair to ask for payment before releasing the domain name to you.

Also - if your reseller has transferred the domain name to another registrar then you won't be able to transfer it for 60 days (assuming it's a GTLD domain) - that's an ICANN rule.

Unfortunately, I did not understand your message very clearly...however, you cannot transfer a domain AFTER it has expired. You need to do this BEFORE it expires. Ideally, at least 7-10 days before it expires.

At this stage your only option may be to renew with the old registrar, wait a further 60 days and then attempt to transfer the domain out to a new registrar.

If the status is set to autorenew period, the extra year is a phantom year whilst the domain is in RGP.

Contact the registrar, get the correct expiry date as of now, if not renewed, contact the reseller and ask why they have not renewed it, and then renew it with RealTime Registrar.

Also, was this domain a domain from the LogicBoxes platform ? I know that LB/ResellerClub forced a lot of domains off of the platform this time last year because of their sale to EIG.

    another question:
my registrar should first renew my domian and then transfer or first transfer and then renew it ?
    cause i get this message:
    Transfer Request for mydomain.com Stalled
The current Registrar for this Domain Name has locked this domain name, and did not allow the transfer of the same.
The domain name has been registered recently and it is not yet 60 days old. A Domain Name can only be transferred 60 days after it was first registered

my old registrar mailed me.cause your domain was expired,we can not unlock your domain?

what should i do? whom can unlock my domain?

Renew the domain through your old registrar's control panel. Pay your old registrar for the renewal.

Renew at the current registrar and then transfer over wherever you want. At the current state of the domain, the transfer won't work.

Contact your old registrar. Expired domains may be located in a different part of your control panel.
