Alert: Large cache of mostly Numeric Domains stolen from eNom account!

Domain names are getting stolen more often than what you think.

Alert: Stolen domains!

A large cache of primarily numeric domain names were reported as stolen, earlier today.

The stolen domains were taken out of an eNom account and transferred to GoDaddy; their owner is alerting anyone to avoid buying these stolen domains:

“These domains were stolen before dawn today. I found the push confirmation email about one hour after the push, then call eNom and also submitted a ticket immediately. […] The stolen names were transfered to Godaddy.com after the push. I also tried to call Godaddy.com at that time, but their support said that I need to contact eNom, I cannot directly contact Godaddy.”

The theft was reported on DNForum and we received a notification email as well. Here is the list of currently stolen domain names:

Naturally the No. 1 spot to list would be 4.cn and I’m right, all domains are listed. I’ve sent an email with your link. I just hope that 4.cn reads the mail as they have a nature to ignore.
