Sedo had 525 transactions last week for a solid $1.4 million worth of domain name sales.
A lot of the bigger sales are still in escrow. Still, we know about end user sales of $9,999 and $50,000 for domains that have already transferred.

Decoded.com $50,000 – Decoded Ltd, a company that teaches coding and uses the domain Decoded.co.
Connexity.co.uk 899 GBP – Shopzilla, which has a product called Connexity.
E-filing.co.uk 1,000 GBP – E-Filing Limited, which uses Efiling.co.uk.
Mission.co $4,000 – Mission Electric Company, a San Francisco company building electric vehicles.
PersonalCreatios.com $1,200 – CitizenHawk bought this typo on behalf of Provide Commerce, which operates a site at PesonalCreations.com.
Home-Decorators.com $899 USD – Another CitizenHawk purchase, this one on behalf of Home Depot. Home Depot has a chain of stores called Home Decorators Collection that uses the non-hyphenated version of this domain.
ClientCoach.com $2,295 – Insurance and financial services company Aegon.
WizPro.com 5,000 EUR – Wizard Promotions Konzertagentur GmbH, and entertainment/concerts company that uses WizardPromotions.de for its web address.
HYGI.com $1,890 – hygi.de GmbH & Co. KG, a cleaning supplies company that uses the matching .de domain name.
ThingsToDoIn.com $9,999 – ToursByLocals Canada, a company that offers private tours from locals. Cool business model.
LuxExpress.com $4,000 – Lux Inc., a Las Vegas transportation company that uses the domain name Luxxpress.com.

:O at the typo PersonalCreatios.com… that’s pretty detailed thinking in terms of searching for investable domain names. It just shows you how much more intense domain name research has become as the competition for domain name ownership increases. No different to realestate!

I had assumed they just looked at the Sedo parking stats published with domains, but looking back it was parked at Voodoo, not Sedo.
