How to approve outgoing transfer at InternetBS ?
I am trying to move out of InternetBS due to issues with payment, it is as its always a chore to pay them and this time for life of me I cannot successfully pay them, it keeps failing on Verified by VISA and my bank says they do not have any transaction attempt records. This is card I use daily with no problem. It may have to do something with the fact they are in Bahamas? Not sure and too frustrated to investigate something that was supposed to be routine 30sec task.
In order to test another registrar (located in US) before I transfer my bread-and-butter domains, I am trying to transfer test domain. Now it is in Outgoing transfer status, which takes 5 days and I would like to speed it up.
They allow immediate approval/reject via API, which is simple to call through the browser, but I never requested API key and now it asks me to pre-fund account in order to get API key, which is chicken-egg problem, since this entire quest started because of inability to accept my payment.
They do not reply emails (maybe I am too impatient) and Live chat started with "representative has left the conversation, email us".

The payment issue is with Verified By VISA, because I tried some other online purchase and it again failed on VbV. My bank sees no transaction attempts.
Already wasted over 2hrs on this and keeps going. Not saying it's InternetBS fault at this point but I am going for provider who accepts PayPal.

At this point I think InternetBS is true to second part of their name.
Talked to their CS rep on LiveChat, tried lot of things he suggested, clear cookies, different browsers, different checkout options with CC, no help. When I logged in again after all that was tried and asked how to approve outgoing transfer without waiting 5 days, he posted stock info about how to "initiate" transfer (unlock, auth code) and then simply ignored me. Shame.
