I've been watching domains in this area, so let me give you my thoughts...

I don't think it is bad, but the 3 terms hurt it a bit. If it were just "creditchecking.com" it would be much better. The "Online" prefix works real well only when the following words are premium like "CreditScore" or even "CreditCheck". The "-ing" ending devalues the keyword a lot IMHO.

It is hard for to value exactly, but I think you would get $xx in resale value and $xxx if you could find an enduser. I think the domain, once developed, works well with the keywords, but it might be harder to find a buyer until that point.

Hire a domain consultant to at least help cut down your learning curve. Making mistakes and learning from the is the best way to learn, but you can certainly make less errors with someone's guide.
