IF someone had a project and they liked your name you might get $xxx for it. But, that is quite a long shot. The pool of potential buyers is going to be very small.
PreparedTastes is in the same boat.
If by luck, someone is building such a business and really takes ashine to your name or can't afford something better, you could make $xx to $xxx. Still a longshot.

The odds of these selling would be like hitting the lottery in my opinion.

Unless you are proactively marketing domains and contacting people about it and pitching it, Domain investing is almost all about playing your odds.

For passive sales, when you acquire a domain you have to ask "What are the odds that in the future there will be someone out there who is going to sit and think of this exact name, tell themselves they must have it, and go out of their way to offer me money for it instead of thinking of something else"
