This is good news.

In the marijuana thread, I posted the original story yesterday.
Read it and you will find out that not ALL can partake of the weed.
There are many little items, like towns and cities can opt not to have weed at all, even in your house!
Just like they have towns and cities that do not allow alcohol, even in your house.

I'm going to start working on a new modified plant Sequoiaijuana for you right now.

It is just a matter of time when it is legal in every U.S. state and Canada.

Unfortunately, this could have unintended effects such as a rise in Marijuana abuse by people who would have never tried it in the past. Nevertheless, prohibition doesn't work either.

I suppose, you could say.. natural selection? It's a plant. If you abuse it, you're off the list. :P

Well, some of it depends on good parenting, and how well parents shield their children. I'm not saying all parents should homeschool their children, but they definitely need to delve deeper into who children associate with, and what they do in their free time.
