How do you guys feel about single word domains ending in -ing?

For example,
accommodate.com
vs
accommodating.com

The above is just an example, but I every now and then come across the opportunity to get a single word domain like this that ends in -ing, and honestly don't really know what to do with them. I could dev them out and resell as a full website later on, or I could hold and look to flip the domain and opportunity to either a developer or an end user, but I don't have a handle on how the -ing really could affect domain value perception in the market.

Thoughts?

There are thousands of great words that I would love to own that end in -ing. Dancing, Selling, Buying, Speeding, Drawing, Designing etc……Great names are endless. Good ones are definitely worth getting.

On single words all good depends also on meaning etc. The beginning of word too eg undividing which has un-divid-ing. Still single word but plenty still out there if you want to register them.

There are some good domains ending in -ing out there but you just have to make sure the word will be a useful name. Having -ing at the end of some words looks good and will probably have a market, just don't get something that has no demand.
