poll How soon do you get a response from Flippa support?

I have been unsuccessful in getting a response from them and want to know what others haven been experiencing.

Particularly, these two email ids - [email protected] and [email protected].

Mine stands at Never btw and I emailed them multiple times from my domain email address and my personal email address.

Sorry to hear they haven't gotten back to you. Did you try submitting it into the help center? I usually get responses pretty quickly there (less than 6hrs).. Also, you can try messaging @FlippaDomains on this forum.

Got back to me and fixed my issue today in under an hour. But I think they run on Australian time.

The CS team's response time averages at < 8 hours. So they would have responded.

We do sometimes get people who are blocked by internal filters, spam or otherwise, but in this case we're not sure what's going on.

I've delivered the message personally so please let me know what transpires.

Ok, thanks. I had you and Martin Ford copied in an email on Feb 20th but still haven't got a response back. The first email I sent related to the issue was on Feb 6th. Not sure what's happening.

While I like everything else about Flippa, Not getting a response back really frustrates me.

Got a response back couple of days back saying that they do not know why my emails were not reaching (Although I tagged my emails and got a response back saying the email was opened).. I will try sending messages to them from the help center link provided by FPForum from now on.

Hope you believe me when I say...You're the only person I've ever seen that has this problem. Anytime you aren't getting through, ping me and I'll just keep forwarding.

Average CS response time is < 6-8 hours on a bad day...

I sent an email to 'domains at flippa.com' on Thursday (02-26-2015) inquiring about domain brokerage, and I haven't heard back yet. Of course, there was a weekend during this time, but it would be nice to get some response (even automated) to know that an answer is coming in the future.

Response is coming -- we've got thousands of requests, so brokerage requests are a bit delayed :)

Support... no response.

I added several domains, and only received a fraction of the whois verification emails.

When I clicked on the links (for the whois verification emails I did receive) while logged in, I got a green message saying that it was successful. However, when I checked to see if they were added, out of 20 domains that were supposed to be added, only 2 were. Clicked them again, and it made no difference.

So the verification system is not working. 1. Bulk of verification emails not received. 2. For the verification emails that were received, and the links were clicked-still doesn't add the domains despite a success message.

Support hasn't responded to my first request, and I doubt they will respond to another regarding the verification links which are not working.

Just want to say that support has reponded in a timely manner, and that I undersatand that there is a time-difference as Flippa is based in Australia.

A solution has been found, and plenty of names listed. :)
