Not quite what he's asking I don't think.

He wouldn't actually be able to register any version of the .uk extension, whether it be .co.uk, .org.uk, .uk etc without having a UK address.

You could however ask a friend who has a UK address to do it for you, comes with risks though.

@jdab - I think @wcpthree is referring to free address services. You can get a free mailing address with your name and address from such services. If any mail does arrive, they forward it to your final permanent address that you provide.

There are free services online that allow you a street address or post office box. You do have to verify your identity which you can do by faxing, taking pics/screenshots and emailing them... Google "free uk po box"... I can't post links because I don't have an avatar. But its not something you have to dig for
