Hi everyone,
I'm looking at buying expired names for parking, I'm realistic and I don't expect to make much to start
as I don't have a clue. From what I have read back ordering gets the best expired one's first?

But my main question is what are the attributes (on expireddomains-com) that shoul
take the most note of regards to parking?

I get page rank and how important that is, would a minimum of PR3 be ok generally for parking? or do I need higher?

I guess back links are just as important in this case, but there are 2 types on expired's lists, back links and bl from different domains, I suspect the last one is hugely preferable?

I guess the age of the domain is a factor, but how much weight I should give that I do not know!

global monthly searches I suppose has to be important too?

The CPC rate? Ive seen domains on offer that have 100s of $ cpc, but nobody registering it? I don't get it.

Anybody steer me in right direction here please, would appreciate it.

you should concentrate on quality of keyword domains.

All the above you mentioned is not a matter b'coz you could loose very soon once parked (ex: PR, Back Links etc.,)

potential keyword domains is best for parking revenue + it could fetch good sale price.

If you want to make money from your domains through ads the best way to do it is content + adsense. It's not easy to succeed but it is far easier than parking. On the other hand, if you are looking to make money from domains in general then leave the ads, parking... and concentrate in flipping. Read and learn. If you are a newbie don't spend a lot of money at first and try to buy only deleted and expiring domains until you learn what is worthy and what isn't.
