I sold the singular (VideoGame)ws last year or the year before for $40-$50, I handreg'd it. It was sold to another domainer. That was after I pitched it to a few dozen good leads for low $xxx, no one was interested or even tried to negotiate a lower price.
I'd rather backorder the domain on one of the new thousands of gtld's coming out then paying to buy the keyword on this extension which proves to be dead for awhile now.
But on a lucky day, I'd say this name would be worth low $xxx to an end user at most.
Edit: I personally wouldn't mind developing that domain out myself though, it's short and memorable if you put emphasis on the .WS in your logos/branding. Would make a nice flash game/video game reviews site.
