Thanks for your answer, I appreciate very much your comment and oppinion, but I'm not totally agree with you

Diesel (,) cc for example. Reviewing the sales prices of the domains associated with the keyword "diesel" , sales prices are not negligible and quality of the domains is not very remarkable. Maybe sales are oldy and were overvalued, but still decent prices.
Diesel exact word has 823.000 searches monthly

Thanks for the comment , is quite appropiate.
But diesel in my oppinion is a pretty generic word, thats the reason because it has multiple registered trademarks, but also many other "open" meanings.

The registration of a domain name without more does not amount to infringement of a mark similar to the name. Infringing acts occur when a domain name is used in website or other internet form of communication in connection with goods or services.

It is not my intention to make this forum a place to discuss about trademarks and domains, if not about the domain if it has value or it does not.
I did not adquired diesel to make money in an illegal way.

Most sales in namebio related to this name will be also trademark infringement.

Just dont park it and dont try to sell it to the TM holders..
if you park, the obvious ads will appear and that gives a proof from TM holders to sue you..and if you try to sell them you give another reason to sue you..
so just dont get sued..

Sometimes trade mark holders, or better said their lawyers, will sue you even if you are right and they are wrong. They are paid to uphold their clients best interest and will take you to court and you will face a long and expensive battle and probably lose more money than the domain was worth in the first place.

While that is true, Diesel is not one I would worry about at all... so long as you don't have ads for the TM owners, content related to their industry, etc
