.club is not .net...

I'm sure tights is available in hundreds of other extensions too.

1. The dash can lower the value drastically.
2. A domain's history can play a role in the value. For example, the PR or backlinks.
3. I'm not sure if I trust the sales numbers at Sedo. Namebio shows that this domain was sold twice within 2 weeks of each other for nearly the same price.

Agreed. Plus domaining domains to sell for low amounts (unless premium) since domainers know what are paid for domains and don't like paying a lot. Add in the dash and "dot org" and that the singular isn't as good as the plural in this case and I don't see it above regfee either.
