The domain name is owned under privacy with the registrar listed as PUBLICDOMAINREGISTRY.COM. KhloeKardashian.com is also currently available to buy on GoDaddy Auctions (formerly TDNAM) for offers over $786.
As for other Kardashian-related domain names, KimKardashian.com resolves to Kim's official website, KourtneyKardashian.com seems to resolve to her official site, KrisJenner.com is owned by her management company, and CaitlynJenner.com is now owned by Rogers & Cowan - a PR firm that represents Caitlyn. It was previously owned by Jamie Zoch.
