Hi,

I had registered around 150 .com domains at $0.99 only.
No coupon. No hassle. Just registered.

Oops. It was there only from April 2015 to July begining. Now everthing is restricted to only one 0.99 .com domain per customer!!

However I am happy with my 150 domains for $0.99 each.

I have already sold few for $1500 in total.

How were you able to solve the issue of transfer/push of domain to buyer from this registrar?
Regards.
Josh.

Surprisingly lately we get posts from enthusiastic new 1&1 customers. I wonder why? Because most people have terrible problems with 1&1 and will not use them, check out the latest of many 1&1 threads on NP

Or just google 1&1 with phrases like "stolen domains" or "sucks" or "BBB" or "collection agency".

Let the buyer beware. Is 1&1 offering some kind of affiliate or promo scheme?

Yep, I tried then and still have a few names over there that I'd rather let drop than have to fuss with them. I sold a domain from that registrar and transfer was such a hassle, that $.99 regs ends up being more of a burden than a blessing.
