    Why are you selling this site?

    I have neglected the site for years and don't have the time start something new with it. The domain name alone is worth bidding on this no reserve auction! The winner is welcome to have the website script/content if they want it too but I recommend doing something new and fresh with this great domain name.

    How is it monetized?

    Web hosting affiliate programs have some of the highest commissions payouts ($50 - $150 per sale).

    Does this site come with any social media accounts?

    No

    How much time does this site take to run?

    I haven't touched this site in years but once you have setup your review site it shouldn't require too much time per week to bring in some revenue. Putting up relevant content and reviews, promoting on forums, social media, etc. A couple of hours a week to full time, the amount of time depends on how dedicated you are and how much money you want to make. You could outsource content for your blog posts if you don't have enough time.

    What challenges are there with running this site?

    I haven't done anything with this site in years. I purchased a script and setup the site years ago. My advice to the winner would be to create something new and fresh with this great domain name. You could easily setup the site with WordPress and add your web hosting reviews and blog posts. The challenge is keeping up with trends in web hosting and the best places to promote.
