Payment sending by CC (negative balance)

Hello friends,

Well A buyer placed disputed few days back because he did not like our service so my paypal is negative right now but i want to send a payment to a seller so..
Can i send payment through CC if i have a negative balance ?

Well i have not attached CC right now but if i m going to attach CC then is that possible to deduct negative balance from CC ?

please help me right now.

They will not deduct a balance from a credit card without authorization that I've ever seen. I'm never seen them do it from a bank account either.

Usually, you can use your account as normal until they freeze it which will eventually happen if you don't get the account out of negative, but I suspect that it will still work fine up until that point.

 

you can send from cc as a guest in the paygate without logging in to your paypal account, also you cant creeate a new one with your details because they will find out that you already have one and they will limit you.

your best option is to use payivy... www . payivy . com , make your seller to register there and list there a ads about his product and you can go there and buy it with paypal as guest paying with your credit card directly from the paypal payment page

 

Don't you want use your PayPal from now?
If you are willing to use your PayPal in future, You must make payment for negative balance.
