    We require a 3D Character based on one of these Robertsons Jam Promotion Characters. The character to have back, front and side views. We will need original JPEG, PSD and AI files. £35 will be paid by Paypal on satisfactory completion with repeat payments made for additional different character versions.

    This a standard pose but you can try free pose. In the longer term we will want uniforms for doctors, nurses, firemen etc.

    I'm trying to make sure that we are clear to do this without violating copyright laws. I also wonder if the character is considered racist. Plus $35 seems too low for a contest with a character in different poses.

    We are not asking for a direct copy of the character attached. We are looking for an interpretation of a similar character. There are hundreds of non Robertson type designs out on the Web. Copyright issues are for us to deal with when we use designs on our Website. Our website is not racist in any shape or form. I you are offended by the Robertsons Brooches then please ignore this competition. $35 is the price we are offering on this forum as the quality on here can vary widely and we are looking for a designer that we can do repeat business with at an appropriate fee. Thanks for asking.
