The owner of the domain name QIR.com has reported it as stolen.
According to the owner’s statement:
“I have not received any email regarding the transfer and never authorized the transfer of this domain. This was the only domain domain that I had in my Godaddy account and because of this I hadnt logged there for a long time.”

Wow – I feel pretty bad for the rightful owner, but something tells me there is a phishing episode behind this story.
