sales Mike Mann Sells Aux.com for $100,000 and Mike Berkens Sells QJS.com for $150,000

Spaceship Spaceship
Mike Mann has announced the six-figure sale of AUX.com today.

The sale, which was announced a short time ago on Twitter and Facebook is the 8th highest three letter .COM sale this year, and it ties 62nd on DNJournal's Year to Date Sales.

Aux.com is a domain that Mann has owned for quite a while, revealing that he purchased the domain "cheap, long ago."

The domain name currently resolves to a DomainMarket.com sales page, but it has been actively used by Mike in the past to display details of potential joint ventures for many of his domains (according to Screenshots.com).

Congratulations to Mike for yet again producing an outstanding sale.

Update at 17:40 GMT:

Another Mike has just reported an LLL.com sale to dwarf Mann's $100,000 sale.

Mike Berkens tweeted that he's completed the sale of QJS.com for $150,000.

The sale has been finalized and the domain is now in the hands of a Chinese company, according to the WhoIs.

Great sale, better than haj.com's $19,500

Mike Mann..my favourite domainer! He means business and always away from controversies and publicity.

Somewhere a domainer sold a name for $300-500 with a minimal outlay. Totally different league of course but that's the true reality. Even Mike Mann ads names for $300 but who wants to hear about bread and butter.

Definatley more impressed bu the sale of QJS than mike manns sale. Id imagine that selling domains like this is probably pretty easy, its the buying them cheap enough to make a proffit thats the hard bit and very impressive.

Wouldn't say that paying 30k for AUX.com in 2008 was considered cheap.

It is if tou sell it at an increased value above the rate of inflation.
