How to buy a domain name???

I don't know if I understand your question right as I'm new here too .
but if you asking about domain registration (Google it ) and you get plenty of offers and companies offer you domain for fixed price .
I suppose you not new on term of buying staff from Internet so domain registration are similar create account with registrar and select domain you want and click buy etc ...

You just answered your own question. Also less availability = higher price. As with everything.

There is no specific site that provides only good domains. Domains have different values for different people. You have to find something that appeals to you and then acquire about it. Valuating a LLLL domain is a completely different matter.

Your best chance to acquite a good domain at resaler's price is to watch this forum's auctions and BIN offers.

Just like a few others mentioned the better the quality of the domain the more you are going to have to pay for it. This does not mean that if you cannot afford these quality names you stand no chance in the industry. You simply have to get better at finding quality domains you can catch on the drop.

This forum is full of information on how to find quality domains, what factors to take into consideration and also what market places to go to in order to buy domains or catch them on the drop. There are so many domains out there that by simply being consistent on a daily basis you put yourself in position to get good domains at a great price.

I focus on looking through many and many domains every day over at expireddomains.net (Awesome resource) Like I mentioned before though make sure you first truly understand the concept of what makes a domain valuable and then go out there and experience it first hand.
