Add/Edit/Remove external nameserver entries from cPanel?

Warning, may be dumb or noob question, but this is my first time hosting my own nameservers.

Is there anyway to automate DNS entries to my nameservers from cPanel? For instance, if a new customer registers a domain and requests hosting from me, I have been manually entering in the DNS records for that domain into my nameservers. This has become a real hassle, as well as customers not being able to edit the DNS records on my nameservers, only changing cPanel's BIND server records. I guess what I'm asking is there anyway to use my own nameservers with the integration of cPanel instead of the local BIND server? This has been stumping me for a while now and hopefully someone can help me out with this. If it helps, I have two separate DNS servers being provided by Windows Server 2012 r2.

    Thanks, Ryan.

What are the NS values in your WHM > Edit DNS Zones > [Main Reseller Domain]

Since it's your first time, ask your host about setting up custom name servers for your account. It will only take minutes.

    Hi,

Can you please confirm whether you are using the nameservers of the server which has this cPanel installed?
