Long story short

1. Won expired domain auction at Dropcatch
2. They don't allow me to pay (probably trying to block me from paying so they can say"Hey, you didn't pay in 96 hours, domain is not yours")
3. I wonder why so I check the URL of domain I won and I am now redirected to HugeDomains sales page. They are now selling it there for a premium price!!
4. Contacted both DropCatch support and @Rebies (I saw in some other thread he is the owner of HugeDomains) but no one gives a shit
5. I wrote an article with all the screenshots and facts
6. Will post juicy article on my blog (that was previously mentioned in multiple top tier publications such as Mashable, Cnet, Gawker, HackerNews, Bloomberg, SearchEngineWatch.com etc...) If they screw me

I just adore these kind of stories. Stay tuned.

If this happen to be an honest mistake and they don't scam me I will delete this thread

Was that a Discount Club backorder ?
It was public auction, I wasn't the one who backordered this in the first place. Some other guys backordered domain, I saw it on auction and won the freaking auction.

Sorry, what is the question? Are you asking if the final price at auction is the price I expected to pay or...?

Around $100, I wont disclose exact price for now. And I should add that I cannot place new bids for auctions in progress since I haven't covered this invoice.
So, they are ruining another auction for me. Professionalism at its best.

HugeDomains, are getting a lot of domains. I find it not done what happened here.
I once placed a backorder at Godaddy for an organisationname (.com-name).
Dropcatch catched it as far as I know, and now HugeDomain asks more then 2100 USD to buy that dotcomdomain.
I only posess the .org-domain now. And the organisation can't afford the dot com. 2100 USD, although Hugedomains should see that this domain is meant for an organisation. If only I had gone through Dropcatch for the dotcom.
But apparently here are more things going on...as I read what you have experienced.

This is COMPLETELLY different thing.
It was auction, I won, they block my account and move domain to HugeDomains.

Can anyone imagine this happens at GoDaddy auctions? Imagine you win auction and GoDaddy say-Hey, this looks like a good one, we are gonna block your account and take domain from you, we don't need your money-. Can you imagine this? Me neither.

Before closing, can you reveal how it got resolved and their explanation why your account blocked and the name posted for sale on related platform?

Domainsters ruining Domaining for average Domainers! Please reveal details @domain hacks !
Well, since I didnt get answer via Email I called them (I saw number in the footer of their automated message) and really nice lady answered phone, asked for my account name and the moment I told her she said she just saw my mail and she will fix the problem. She really sounded professional and eager to help me. My opinion about TurnCommerce changed 180 degrees after that call.
I logged in my DropCatch account and saw that payment is finished and domain was moved to my NameBright account.
I did notice (previously) that DropCatch looks like unfinished site (sometiems takes longer to update pages when you are on auctions and stuff like that) so I guess they still have some bugs to fix before they say it is finished platform.
All in all, my trust is restored and I am bidding again.

no need to delete the thread. If it's resolved then it makes dropcatch looks good.
