    Im not sure but dont go for the ones that are doing anything $1 or above per click because those are the scam PTC sites. I learned from experience and a loss of $149 :/

    I have been in PTC from couple of years. I can say that best PTC is where you earn well. Whether its old or new. Sometimes, You earn some cents a day on elite sites and at the same time, You may be earning $1-$2 a day on a new site. But 95% new sites tend to be short living so you need to make your promoting strategies. It's on you how much effort you can put in. I can guide you for earning in PTC and i have a special blog for newbies. You may PM me for link as its not allowed to post here.

    I am not even talking about CPA. The question is what are best PTC sites NOT CPA sites. I just responded to the first post. PTC and CPA are totally two different things and if you know and not new in business, You shouldn't act childishly. If you don't know what the topic is about, Then better don't do Spamming.

    I'd stay way from them, you hardly earn anythign and most are scams. Clixsense is one that is actually pretty good and does pay out decent rates.

    I can say that BuildFutureBux and clixsense are the best sites , BuildFutureBux it is a new site but paying with 5 years sub ,i have invested in it and got %500 of my investment after 10 days only (my membership is valid for 1 month), clixsense is %100 trusted and paying since 2007 but having lower rates than buildfuturebux .
    anyway i recommend both of this sites for you , you can really earn from them a real money , and finally its up to your effort .

    i think clixsense is best ptc site.because it gives money actually.but you have to wait with patience if want to earn money from clixsense.
