"Sony" is a trademarked term, registering a trademarked domain name can infringe upon that trademark.

You think there will be a problem because
if so will remove the auction?

I've had companies take names I paid $xxx.xx for because they were registered trademarks, had a popular shopping keyword and "Amazon" in the same domain and I had to give it up to them. I personally wouldn't list a trademarked domain.
