Hello, I am new here, I really need your advice. First of, I hope I don't break any rules (because of any new member limitations). If this is the case, please moderator, do what you have to do.
Here we go:

how-2.net
america.community
sem.guru
seo.style
investordata.net

I will surely develop the first one. I 'm just curious if it worths anything as a domain name (because of the hyphen).
You don't have to appraise all the above of course. Even for one I will be grateful. And mostly I' m interesting for why you believe the A domain values for the price you will suggest. If you have time please explain.
Any appraisals are welcome, from below zero (yes value can be negative because of the fees if there is no selling and no income) to 7 digits value (just kidding).

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
In my opinion, none of these domains have any value.

Negative values are not allowed in the appraisal section, min appraisal must be no less than reg fee.

I don't see much value in these domains except for investordata.net :

how-2.net - the hyphen kills the value of most domains (reg fee)

america.community - not match the extension grammatically (reg fee)

sem.guru - .guru is twig floating in the amazon river (reg fee)

seo.style - wrong extension for good 3 char (reg fee)

investordata.net - extension lessens it value ($xx-$xxx)

I think you should first concentrate on .com's - you can still reg good two-word .com's - keep reading namePro's and you will gain expertise.

@doubleU , thank you for your effort and time to explain the evaluation of each domain.
Maybe my English are poor or it is a slug, but what ".guru is twig floating in the amazon river" means exactly?

There are some reported good sales of .guru but I think the extension is pretty much unprofitable to invest in.

I see. Just thought that sem fits with guru. Hm, my bad.

SEM doe's match this extension quite well but finding an enduser to take on this extension is difficult.

Extension is really important for value, keep that in mind.

I think *with outbound effort* you might find an end user for sem.guru, the challenge is if they really are a SEM = Search Engine Marketing guru, they might shy away from the ngTLD

If sem is short for seminar, you might look for someone who wants a shortener, that already has a longer com with seminar and guru in that order, or any other word that sem might be short for. Proly still a challenge since yearly renew for guru is $20, and maybe not worth the effort, not over $xx

InvestorData.net is the best of the bunch

You have a good attitude as well, realistic and humble - good luck : smile :

Thank you for your time. As I understand, domainers value more the TLD than the name. That's why most prefer to invest only in .com domains. I wonder what is the view of the developers though. Do they have the same view? (I mean in general, irrelevant to the domain I listed here).

Domainers like .com as they fetch the highest prices by far.

Developers like .com because it has a superior presence amongst internet users and is more likely to receive type-in traffic.

Keywords are very important to domainers but the preference has always been .com the exception being when a website conducts business on a national level and may opt for that nations respective ccTLD eg. .de for Germany or .co.uk for United Kingdom.
