Afternic Scam

Apparently this is a Scam site.

no. Afternic is not a scam site.
but it's always possible your buyer was running a scam.
calling would be an option.

They are not a scam at all.
They are join venture with Godaddy.
I have sold many domains there with No problems.

Yes, call them

maybe Apollo ran out of money

on a serious note afternic is solid all around, if only everyone was as trustworthy as them this business would be even more amazing

This is the first time Iam seeing a negative review about Afternic..

I emailed GoDaddy - because I read somewhere that they acquired Afternic - and attached screenshots of Afternic messages. GoDaddy sent me the money that was due from Afternic, within two days.

Afternic is my favorite and will always be! They sold me names much more than DNS where I have my domains parked!

You have seen for yourself that afternic is not a scam. Now that you were paid by the main owner of the Afternic. Can you tell us what was the actual problem as a feedback?

Though, this might look late, but I think it is necessary.

You should write another email to afternic and copy Godaddy about the problem and that should bring a solution

I wrote several emails to afternic but they did not answer
I can not speak english, so do not call them,
I know nothing about any contacts with godaddy
I am very disappointed

If you have godaddy account you can even chart with them.
Why not login to your account at afternic and chart with them. Just scrol down at afternic and click on contact us and that will lead you to a form which you can fill and send to them. You have to mentioned the name you sold and remind them of your payment.
You may even likely to be the problem for yourself, there could be an instruction in your account to get your payment which you have not done.
Just login and check your payment page

After opening to the contact form, you need to click and set the form at the top to submit your equiry to sales department and there should be a reply and go to godaddy and also do the same thing

I sent them fully what is required before sold
But apparently no one there, just is automatically
