Hi,

Can you suggest me an online email tester?

I prefer to make a test in order to avoid spam filters for my outbound activity.:xf.wink:

Thanks

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
I've used this one before:

https://spamscorechecker.com

It generates an email address that you send your email to. Then you click a button and it tells you the spam score, and also specifically what rules you triggered and how badly each issue hurt you. Then you can edit your message to avoid those issues.

Not sending from a freemail account helps with delivery rates as well, so instead set up email on your own domain and create the proper DKIM/SPF records.

But the best way to avoid spam filters is to not spam, only send a very limited number of custom tailored messages. I also keep the initial message really short to avoid flags, once the other party replies you can generally say anything you want without worrying about spam filters because now you're on their contact list.

@Michael, thanks very much
mb62.gif

- I have my own address: [email protected]

- my letter is essential: Kiss

- "naming" is my golden rule

- I think not more 20-25 each outbound

I'm worried about links on the letter, as domainname.com and my address [email protected]. Could they trigger the spam filters?

Now I don't have a signature in the footer of the email, I add my details simply in text.
