Lots of people are registering Brexit domain names.

UK voters have said they want to leave the European Union. Stocks are in freefall. The pound is sinking. UK’s prime minister is quitting.

All of which means…opportunity?

That’s certainly what some people think. Already this morning U.S. time, 60+ .com domains have been registered with “brexit” in them.

There’s iSurvivedBrexit.com, a slogan which is sure to overtake Keep Calm and Carry On as the t-shirt meme of the decade.

Or the rather serious ImpactofBrexitOnStartups.com.

There’s a business opportunity here, as the registrants of Brexit-Consulting.com and BrexitExportAdvice.com believe.

Immigration will become an even hotter topic…BrexitImmigratonLawyers.com and BrexitImmigration.com were registered today.

Perhaps related to immigration? BrexitBrides.com.

Of course, a lot of the UK’s woes in future years will be blamed on Brexit regardless of the true cause. Hence, BlameItOnBrexit.com.

BrexitTheGame.com might be used for a new version of Monopoly.

And finally, one of my favorites: YouBrexitWeFixIt.com.

On a serious note, now might be a great time to buy a domain from someone in the UK. The pound sterling hit an exchange rate with the U.S. dollar not seen since 1985. That means your dollars go a lot further right now.

It sure is an opportunity to waste money in a typical domainer herd behavior fashion.

YouBrexitWeFixit is funny. Though wortlhless as are the rest of them, too. Can't get my head around how these people think they're gonna make money with these.

The opportunity will be to invest in strong domain names.

The domain market is very healthy in a healthy world market. Those that remember the 2007/2008 financial crisis, remember that domains took a hit for about 2-3 years during that time.

If this 'BRexit' throws the world economy into a continued decline, then it's a good opportunity to buy at lower prices.

Especially on the back of a failed year for 'chips'.

Worst case scenario, any worthwhile DN purchased now will increase in value in 2 -3 years.

Every buyer and every domain is different, but there certainly won't be any notable 'chip' activity in domains for a few years. Expect all floor values to dip going into 2017.

How about BrexitWon.com? Google search results increased from merely 5 million to over 27 million in 4 days ;)

They're all worthless is the point.
