domain Please help me with appraisal of : RealEstatious.Com

Hello,

few weeks ago I have registered RealEstatious.Com (and I made also a nice logo for it!), then nothing happened,and recently I got an offer, but imo it was too low (USD 150) so I refused it. What is your opinion? Would you take the money and got rid of "ious." one, or aim higher?
All advices/appraisals are welcomed!

Reply back and counter offer them $130 just to make sure they are still interested and pay.

But seriously, someone might want to pay loads more, thousands, but it's not likely, and certainly not without years of waiting. Take it and forget hope and dreams of selling high for every domain name you have, this is a nice quick flip for good profit - easy money

Agreed, I am going to sell it ..the fact it that somehow I do not like this domain personally, so I will try to get rid of this one
