I just saw on DomainShane.com that 380hh.com sold for $1,997. The name doesn't seem to resolve. Does anyone here know the significance of that domain and why it would sell for that amount? I see the new whois went to someone in China. I knew the NNNL market was taking off, but did not realize until now, that the NNNLL market is moving too such as 380kk.com and 380rr.com.
There are a bunch of other 380LL domains going to adult sites. I also typed in random NNNLL domains that don't start with 380 and a big percentage are developed.
I said a few times, that I feel NNNL/LNNN and LLNN/NNLL domains are solid long term investments. Now that I see at least one example of a NNNLL selling for almost $2,000 I think this bodes well for these types of domains.
I wonder if Kassey Lee or another expert in the Chinese market has some insight to the significance of this domain.?

The letter H is eighth in the alphabet, whereby HH becomes 88 :) so
380hh became 38088
