Barring a last-minute court decision, the highly-anticipated auction to settle the .web top level domain contention set will take place on Wednesday.
Thankfully for industry watchers, the final price will be made public after the auction concludes.

I think .web will set the record for a new gtld auction and has potential to be one of the most popular new extensions. Time will tell.

.WEB will go for a lot of money Andrew. Much more than $41 million for .SHOP.

I’d expect this to sell around the 85 million mark, but wouldn’t be surprised if it goes higher.

What a mistake it would be for anyone to pay anything. Complete waste of money and resources since it is obviously going to wither like .mobile and the others before.
