    Hello everybody,

The hacker was stealed my domain , he was transfered my domain from my account to other account(also name.com account)
Then i contact abuse department of name.com but they don't recover domain for me.
I was sent them national ID , proof transaction i buy domain from name.com and old registrar and some information of my account.
i also already have email i use to register this domain of name.com

    but they answer me :

    ''Hello,

Name.com was not able to verify the claim, the accounts have been re-opened and Name.com is not taking any action to transfer domains unless we are provided with appropriate legal documentation specifically instructing us to do so. We note that Account security is not responsibility of Name.com and this burden lies exclusively with the Registrant and Account owner.''

Anyone have idea for me to try recover domain ?
This domain very important for me and i don't want to lost it.
    Thanks for read me.

    Regard.

Kind of hard to give you an answer with the details you provide. What do you mean by hacker? Meaning a random stranger figured out your password and got into your Name.com account? Or how did they get in? Was this someone you know? Assuming someone got into your account, transferred the domain to an account they own and changed the ownership info to themselves, I'm not really sure what Name.com would be able to do at that point. For all Name.com knows, you could have transferred it to them after they paid you for it and now you want it back...if the domain was 'validly' transferred, meaning it followed all the procedures required to move the domain, I'm not sure if Name.com can really do anything...they have no way to prove one way or the other who is supposed to have the domain.

Unfortunately, we don't have enough information to help here, but just from the info you shared, I doubt you'll be able to recover your domain. Sorry.

Getting stolen domain names back is very difficult, next to impossible. You'd most likely have to hire a lawyer. If the hacker put the domain in his name on the whois, your basically screwed, unless you hire a lawyer. ICANN gives legal authority to whoever is listed as the registrant on the whois.
