The word .com is taken nothing more and nothing less than by Brown Shoe Company.

A good question to start.
How many people in the world uses shoes?
We can only say that the footwear industry is much larger than the cell? We do not know.
But we conclude that in 2015 the world population is 7,376,471,981 (Source Wikipedia). Except 1% are Aborigines used the rest footwear.
This makes that there is nothing comparable on consumer goods to reach such a figure.

With all this information we can say that the word itself in dot com may be worth eight figures. Now, the hardest part for a professional field, we can say Shoes.XYZ.

As Cryd.com broker I encounter this dilemma which could be a reasonable price? if we use Estibot for this extension, one realizes that it is the word SEX more expensive after the rest as follows SHOES Cloud, Fund, Car, Loan, cannabis is far.

I intera your opinion and check it against a pair of computer tools to be correct and educated at a price. Thanks for helping

Shoes.xyz is one of the better .xyz domains. Regular renewal helps with this one too therefore if I were selling it, as you are I'd be looking for around 10K, or somewhere in the lower XX,XXX range.

I don't see your point. Just because it was sold for $400.00 doesn't mean it can't be sold to an end user for xx,xxx.

I do actually believe another user could pay more but as a point of evidence of previous sales in recent times it must be highly regarded when exact name is sold.

What part of pay more don't you understand. So to say I am further derailing quoting facts.
My opinion might derail further. Although the extension xyz is strong on registrations it doesn't indicate renewals or sales to date. $400 for a name that cost cents to buy is great flip. If end user wants to pay more so be it can't understand how any xyz name could be selling for $xx,xxx today.

Let me be clear, end user gets a good deal @400 on shoes and in the xyz. This could easily sell for xx.xxx IMO.

If you don't get it, sorry.. I'm sure you're trying to get big bucks for the two word .coms on your website too that cost you 8 bucks or so.

I didn't look but I'd say shoes was bought early and not for cents, so you really need to do some fact checking. LOL
