People do collect the weirdest things... That or ignorance/stupidity.

People will buy anything. Every domains a 1 of 1.

Don't believe everything you see. There are many sales that are only trading hands between account held by the same people, or trading between friends / family.

I think that would be a good idea. Or maybe they will buy it for just remembrance.

@Arpit131 I've given one example as to why people invest in odd domains, another one is flowing left and right extensions. I searched this out one time, wish I still had the data but there's very few flowing left vs right extensions available, again don't recall the number but it's not that many.

I only have one and I'm not trying to pump it but it's hij.ky, for example.

Someone just purchase Stephen curry's mouth guard for thousands... so no surprise here. Maybe they like the number "9".

I honestly don't think that powerball winner has the time or the interest to buying any domains, or website. He/She is living in an different universe now
