Salesforce Acquires Einstein.com For New AI Product

Salesforce has acquired the premium domain name Einstein.com, ahead of announcing a new AI product called Salesforce Einstein.

I had noticed some movement on August 20, 2016 but was not sure who the buyers were at that time, but it’s Salesforce.

Forbes.com broke the news yesterday about the new artificial intelligence product. Using the name in current whois records, Tim Wicinski, along with the fact that name servers are set to MarkMonitor (salesforce is a client), I’m saying Salesforce was the buyer of the domain. Tim is the IT guy at Salesforce as displayed on his LinkedIn page.

To note, Tim is connected to about 40+ Salesforce domain names in the past, like CustomerSupport.com for an example, so this added me in the connection.

Salesforce owns some REALLY great domain names and isn’t shy at spending money to secure them. They own domain names like IQ.com, Data.com, Desk.com, Database.com, Chatter.com and many more.
