We are parking investors buying domains every day so I am serious. I hope Uni works for you - we've had hundreds of price verification inquiries from our broker handled listings on InternetTraffic / Domain Name Sales and never a single offer. I've heard the same thing anecdotally from many other domainers. And lastly - on this domain - is all the traffic link driven? From Ahrefs it would appear to be. Do you have a referrer screen shot to verify if any type in traffic because that would be what decides the multiple we can pay.

Cheers Jeff. A while back I too trialled the broker referrals on DNS. Again, lots of 'leads' but not one single sale. So you can add me to the list there. I'd been using Afternic since.

However, with the new uniregistry market I thought I'd give it another go but with self brokering. What I've noticed is the enquires are substantially reduced but I've actually sold one domain in the first week. Might be a fluke but it's a good start.

I'll take a look at the traffic breakdown for this domain and PM you, but I'm guessing, as you've identified, the majority is referral. The absolute worst this domain has done is €39 in Nov 15, the best €470 in May 15. Before InternetTraffic changed the landers and metatext it actually used to show up 2nd or 3rd link on Google on a search for 'Taj Tours' - that was nice...
