I totally agree with this.The term 'Business Leads' is totally generic Paps. B2B, Direct Marketing and a slew of other such euphamisims 'blanket' the whole concept of 'Business Leads'.
The .io suffix is fine, I maintain the concept of 'io' meaning Input/Output which is the basic premise of what commerce is all about. Product comes In, Product goes Out, hence .io.

I like the term, it is a strong keyword, but the problem is that currently people use .IO as a brandable extension with one-word generic names. 2-word keywords are not very much used in .IO yet, especially if they are not tech-related. Perhaps if you keep the domain for a couple of years and if .IO becomes more widespread, you will make good money from it.
