I used to have hundreds of .Net domains but did not sell many. I would occasionally sell .Nets in the low $XXX range but despite dozens of .Net registrations currently, when I checked over the last year there were no sales - despite some pretty decent keywords. I did have a low $XXX .Net sale in August 2015 but that is still just beyond our 12-month time horizon. Meanwhile, Domain Administration has the comparable .COM listed at over $45k.

I have some .Info and .Org domains. I have never sold a .Info though my sales ratio on .Org has been pretty good. I just never liked .Org much so I rarely acquired them and have had no .Org sales in the last year.

My primary non-.COM play at the moment is in .TV but my .TV portfolio has not done well. I am now down to about 200 of my best .TV domains down sharply from several years ago.

So back on topic non-.COM offers and sales...

Sportsfans.tv $349 sold

Leaders.tv $1000 offer no sale as my target sales price is much higher
Liderazgo.tv $300 offer did not respond
Bachelor.tv inquiry without a specific offer
Kittens.tv $50 offer did not respond

Thus the reason why I cannot justify investing in new TLDs - low sales ratio of long-existing non-.COM extensions does not justify investing in very speculative new TLDs.

m2. that was old dreams.
Not sure what you mean. I started with domaining a year ago and only bought/sold .coms with huge profits.

I have a number of .Net renewals coming up over the next several weeks. Over the years I have had some low $XXX .Net sales but none in the last year as the launch of hundreds of new TLDs gives low-budget buyers (most) too many reg fee options. I decided to look at my SEDO portfolio's offer page listings and sort them by number of offer page views over the last year. About a third of my portfolio is non-.COM. Of the top 100 offer page domains, ALL were .COM domains. After the top 100 there were some non-.COM domains with two or three offer page views in the last year. However, not one of them sold at SEDO. Five to seven years ago I used to have regular sales at SEDO.

New TLDs are good for low-budget developers and businesses who don't want to pay for an aftermarket domain. However, for domain investors hundreds of available extensions give potential buyers too many cheap options to retain much pricing power.
