Exclamation mails can't be sent - no reverse (PTR) detected

hey there , as I had the problem that I can't send mails with postfix to gmx and web.de with that error in the log :

    Code:
Sep 28 10:27:10 root postfix/smtp[18395]: 4AA2AA06DD: host mx-ha02.web.de[212.227.17.8] refused to talk to me: 421-web.de (mxweb105) Nemesis ESMTP Service not available 421 Requested action aborted: local error in processing

    Sep 28 10:27:11 root postfix/smtp[18395]: 4AA2AA06DD: to=<*****@web.de>, relay=mx-ha03.web.de[212.227.15.17]:25, delay=2.1, delays=0.05/0.01/2/0, dsn=4.0.0, status=deferred (host mx-ha03.web.de[212.227.15.17] refused to talk to me: 421-web.de (mxweb003) Nemesis ESMTP Service not available 421 Requested action aborted: local error in processing)

I contacted 1&1 , they told me the problem are the dns settings . at intoDNS I see this error :

    Code:
ERROR: No reverse DNS (PTR) entries. The problem MX records are:
148.228.251.178.in-addr.arpa -> no reverse (PTR) detected
You should contact your ISP and ask him to add a PTR record for your ips

but what exactly have I to do now ? :/ thanks for help!

Your IP does not have RDNS set, ask your hosting provider to set it for you. And also add an SPF/TXT record for your domain, if it's not added already.

RDNS is set , it is: root.DOMAIN.com

which txt exactly ? which name and text have I to enter ?

Asked whether the IP have rdns? The message says, it's not.
Add spf / TXT record for your sending domain.

    I got this output :

    Code:
    DOMAIN.com. IN TXT "v=spf1 mx a ip4:***.***.***.128"
    So "Name" is DOMAIN.com and v=spf1 mx a ip4:***.***.***.128 Content, right ?

It looks like the remote email server rejected the email or not accepted. Did you try to contact them in any alternate ways?

What's the output of the below commands from your server.

    telnet 212.227.15.17 25

    telnet 212.227.17.8 25

According to that error, your LSIP is 178.251.228.148 (which doesn't have a rDNS record set up for it)

But I can see that it points to "root.eurenikz.de", When I try to do the look ups for your IP at various places on the web, it takes a very long time to get a response back.

A lot of times the response is.
    PHP Code:
;; connection timed outno servers could be reached
I think that's what's happening, depending on the location of the server doing the lookup for mail, it might be timing out.

which content must have the rDNS ? isn't root.DOMAIN.de ok ?

and have you tried to look up for the ip ?

Here's what I get when I do the rDNS lookup - Nothing gets returned.

    PHP Code:
    ; <<>> DiG 9 <<>> @ 178.251.228.148 PTR

    ;; global options: +cmd

    ;; WHENThu Sep 29 20:34:40 2016

    ;; MSG SIZE  rcvd46
    Google DNS returns the same.

    PHP Code:
     ; <<>> DiG 9 <<>> @8.8.8.8 178.251.228.148 PTR

Don't forget once you make DNS changes it will take 24-48 hours for DNS propagation to complete. Meaning you won't see the changes take affect immediately.
rDNS is REVERSE DNS to 1.2.3.4 would be entered 4.3.2.1, but then again the format all depends on how your provider takes the input. Hence why you should be consulting with them, they should be able to complete this for you.
