    I need an article on how to save money on healthy foods.

    The article should be written like a guide. It must offer practical advice and must get straight to the point. No fluff, please. The more useful and helpful the article is, the better.

    Please don't mention growing your own food; that's neither easy nor practical.

    Basically, just provide clear and concise advice and tips on how to save money on the following:

    • lean protein
    • healthy fats (omega-3 and omega-6)
    • healthy carbs
    • dietary fiber
    • vitamins
    • dietary minerals

    Which foods provide the cheapest sources of these nutrients?

    How else can you save money on these nutrients? For example, buy in bulk, buy frozen/tinned instead of fresh, buy things as they go out of season, etc.

    The content must be unique, of course. Keep it to 800 words or fewer, please. Use bullet points and sub-headings to break up the writing and make it more readable.
